Small, well-established AV-rated San Francisco law firm with a profitable business immigration practice desires alliance with a larger compatible firm.  The firm also provides business-related and civil litigation services to its clients.

The immigration practice consists of a senior associate attorney, a State Bar Certified immigration and nationality law specialist, reporting to one of the firm’s two principals and two assistants.

The firm’s two principals intend to continue working on a reduced schedule on other legal matters.  They will assist with the relocation and transfer of the good will of this 30+ year law firm.

The Law Office of Scott A. Mossman has a private office

for lease in its suite on the 11th floor of 1970 Broadway,

Oakland. The space is approximately 10’ x 13’ with a

view of the Paramount Theater and the Berkeley Hills.

Spanish-speaking receptionist and legal assistant available

to answer calls and relay brief messages. Also includes

use of L-shaped desk and chair, high-speed internet

connection, phone system, and incidental use of the

reception area, mini-fridge, and microwave.

There is on-site security and building management and

maintenance during business hours. After-hours/weekend

access by key-card. Janitorial provided.

The building is directly connected via underground

passageway to the 19th Street BART station and is located

in the vibrant Uptown District of Oakland. There are more

than 10 banks and several cafes and restaurants within a 3

block radius. Lake Merritt is 4 blocks away.

months and month-to-month thereafter (4 years remain on
