Release of Report re: Effects of Attorney Representation on removal proceedings in SF Immigration Court

Stanford Law School’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and the Northern California Collaborative for Immigrant Justice (NCCIJ) are pleased to announce the release of a report, analyzing, for the first time, the effect of attorney representation in immigration removal proceedings before the San Francisco Immigration Court.

 

The report released on November 6, 2014, was written by Jayashri Srikantiah, Director of the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and Lisa Weissman-Ward, Clinical Supervising Attorney and Lecturer, along with Stanford Law Students, Kara McBride, Natalia Renta, and Alfredo Montelongo.
