Van Der Hout, Brigagliano & Nightingale is currently seeking an experienced, Spanish speaking paralegal to join our deportation defense practice.
Our firm is a full-service immigration and nationality law firm located in the San Francisco Financial District. Our deportation defense practice represents a wide range ofclients.
We are looking to hire a full-time experienced immigration paralegal to assist in our removal defense and litigation efforts before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts; as well as in preparing and filing immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and other administrative applications before the Department of Homeland Security.
The requirements for the position are: Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 yrs of experience,
preferably at an immigration law firm, excellent organization and English writing skills, computer literacy, and an interest in human rights and immigration matters. Fluency inSpanish (written and oral) is required.
