Sara Taylor

Sara Silvia Taylor is a California licensed immigration attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is deeply committed to representing clients with passion. Every client receives individualized attention and is kept fully informed at every stage of the case. Areas of practice: deportation and removal defense, family-based immigration petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, asylum, U visas, DACAs, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and more. Ms. Taylor graduated from New York University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. She holds a bachelor's degree in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. She is experienced in a wide variety of immigration matters and has successfully defended clients before the San Francisco Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship & Naturalization Services, Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. At the Ninth Circuit, she argued successfully for an asylum applicant found not credible due to return trips that occurred prior to the applicant's final decision to flee. Bishnu Subedi Sharma v.
