Sara Silvia Taylor is a California licensed immigration attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is deeply committed to representing clients with passion. She is experienced in a wide variety of immigration matters and has successfully defended clients before the San Francisco Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship & Naturalization Services, Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. At the Ninth Circuit, she argued successfully for an asylum applicant found not credible due to return trips that occurred prior to the applicant's final decision to flee. Bishnu Subedi Sharma v. Lynch, No. 13-71501, 2016 U.S. LEXIS 6294 (9th Cir. Apr. 6, 2016).
